this is part of the tension in this law. a lot of folks like ray are going to see they are paying more. he raises a good point. why is this costing more? what is going on here? is estate required some of these mandates so what i'm hearing from actuaries is that part of it is having to add additional benefits imparted and part of it is lowering the family deductible. maybe the out of pocket max is going to go down and over the course of years you may be potentially vulnerable to as many caused by the big part of it for what actuaries are telling me now insurers have to take everybody. they didn't have to take people with pre-existing medical conditions before. they could charge them a lot more. they could exclude their medical conditions from coverage but now starting january 1 the law says they can't do that anymore. they are building into their rates the fact they had to take all comers. someone like you and your wife are probably healthy and you had a lower rate as a result of that and you will be brought to more than aver
